Our commitment

We want kaelenmicrowave.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. The site is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

• Skip link, landmark regions and a logical heading order on every page; the product catalog uses real table markup with sortable column headers.
• Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons and form controls; the full navigation, catalog filters and quote forms work from the keyboard, including on phones via a menu button.
• Text and background colors checked against the AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
• Form fields have visible labels, errors are listed in a summary that receives focus and are repeated beside each field, and the result of a submission is announced to screen readers.
• Layouts reflow to small screens without horizontal page scrolling, and animation is minimal and respects the reduced-motion setting.

Known limitations

The datasheets are PDF files that are not fully tagged for assistive technology. Each product page repeats the datasheet’s tables as HTML text; for anything else we can provide the information in another format on request.
