1. Who we are
This policy covers kaelenmicrowave.com, operated by Kaelen Microwave Technologies (“Kaelen”, “we”), 678 Buk-ri, Namsa-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Building 1, South Korea.
2. Information we collect

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s font servers when a page loads.
3. How form submissions are handled
Quote requests are passed through a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms) which emails them to our sales team. The service receives the content of your request only to deliver it. We do not sell or rent it. If you choose “Email this request instead”, the request goes through your own email provider.
4. Hosting and security
The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and block abusive traffic.
5. Regional representatives
If your request concerns a region served by an authorized representative, such as RMSL Tech for the Middle East, we may share your contact details and the request with that representative so they can assist you.
6. Retention
We keep quotation correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, keep business records, and meet contractual, accounting or export-compliance obligations.
7. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we no longer need, by writing to sales@kaelenmicrowave.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
